We didn't want to be another studio bolting security on at the end.
So we built our own version of the industry-standard process — one continuous flow from the first conversation to long after launch, with zero trust, transparency, and production-readiness designed into every phase rather than added at the finish line.
How we got here
Kensurge started from a simple frustration: too many good ideas were arriving to production either half-secured or half-finished — fast but fragile, or careful but too slow to catch the moment a business needed to launch in.
Rather than pick a side of that trade-off, we built a process designed to remove it. Every phase, from scoping through post-launch support, was engineered around two questions: is this secure by design, and can the client see exactly where we are right now. If either answer was no, the phase wasn't done.
AI tooling changed how fast that process could move, so we adopted it early and deliberately — as a way to accelerate research, implementation, and testing, never as a replacement for the human sign-off our clients are actually paying for.
